THE LAW
of 27 September 1995
amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 472 / 1992 Coll., on the State Fund for Market Regulation in Agriculture, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 10 / 1993 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
The Act of the Czech National Council No. 472 / 1992 Coll., on the State Fund for Market Regulation in Agriculture, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 10 / 1993 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 2 (2), point (f) shall be deleted;
2. Paragraph 2 (6) is deleted.
3. the following points (i) and (j) of Article 5 (1) are added:
"(i) the quantities of agricultural and food products intended for intervention purchases or subsidised exports, and the dates on which they are to start and end;
(j) the principles of the selection procedure referred to in Article 2 (2) (c). ';
4. In Article 5, paragraphs 3 and 4 are deleted.
5. in Paragraph 9 (1), point (d) shall be deleted;
Point (e) shall be renumbered as point (d).

"(4) The balance of the Fund's resources under Article 9 (1) (a) to (d) shall not be forfeited at the end of the year and shall be transferred to the following calendar year for the purposes of market regulation on agricultural and food products."
Repeal
The Federal Ministry of Finance Order No. 38 / 1992 Coll., on countervailing duties on imports is hereby repealed.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
