of 9 November 1948
establishing the beginning of the effectiveness of certain provisions of the National Insurance Act
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders, pursuant to § 279, paragraph 4 of the Act of 15 April 1948, No 99 Coll., on National Insurance ("the Act '):
Paragraphs 151, 241 to 245, 255 to 258, 260 and 278, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Act become effective on 1 October 1948.
Paragraph 247 to 254 and 259 of the Act take effect on 1 July 1948.
Paragraphs 276, 278, 3 and 280 of the Act become effective on 15 May 1948.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 May 1948; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Social Welfare in agreement with participating members of the Government.
