Order of the Minister of Technology
of 20 November 1946
excluding other municipalities from the effectiveness of the provisions of Section 1 of the Government Decree of 21 March 1942, No 109 Coll., on the amendment of the construction regulations (1st amendment).
The Ministry of Technology declares in agreement with the Ministry of Interior pursuant to § 2 of Decree No. 109 / 1942 Coll.:
The following other municipalities are excluded from the effectiveness of Paragraph 1 of the Law No. 109 / 1942 Coll.:
a) in the Czech Republic: Iron Brod, Decin, Cheb, Chomutov, Česká Lípa, Litoměřice, Most, Planá u Mariánské Lázně, Teplice-Šanov, Ústí nad Labem, Varnsdorf and Karlovy Vary,
(b) in the land of Moravian-Silesian: New Jicin and Vsetín.
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
