GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 3 October 2018
amending Government Regulation No. 272 / 2011 Coll., on the protection of health against adverse effects of noise and vibration, as amended by Government Regulation No. 217 / 2016 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to § 108 (3) and to implement § 34 (1) of Act No. 258 / 2000 Coll., on the Protection of Public Health and on the amendment of certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 267 / 2015 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 272 / 2011 Coll., on the protection of health against adverse effects of noise and vibration, as amended by Government Regulation No. 217 / 2016 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 2, in the text under the table in the sentence, the fourth words "and in the railway protection zone 'are replaced by the words" in the railway protection zone and for noise from tram and trolleybus tracks'.
2. In Annex 3, Part A, in the text under Table 1 in point 2, the words "unless otherwise specified, to 'shall be inserted after the words" Railways'.
3. In Annex 3, Part A, in the text under Table 1, at the end of point 3, the sentence "It shall be used for noise from transport on tram and trolleybus tracks on roads of Class I and Class II and local roads of Class I and Class II. 'is added.
4. In Annex 3, Part A, Table 2, in the first row of the table, the word "rail 'is deleted.
5. In Annex 3, Part A, Table 2, in the second row of the table, the words "and tram and trolleybus tracks on roads I and II and local roads I and II shall be inserted after the words" and II.
6. In Annex No 3, Part A, Table 2, in the third row of the table, the words "and special purpose communications' are replaced by the words", special purpose communications and tram and trolleybus tracks conducted on the III. 3 and the III. 3 local roads'.
7. In Annex 3, Part A, Table 2, in the fourth row of the table, the words "Railways in the railway protection zone 'are replaced by the words" Railway, special and tramway tracks in the railway protection zone'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 15th day following its publication.
