extending the commitment of a collective agreement to a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, indicates that the Collective contract of higher degrees for the years 2017 - 2020, concluded on 1 June 2017 between the higher trade union - Transport Union and the Employers' Association - Transport Union of the Czech Republic, the section of road transport, is binding on other employers with a dominant activity in the sector identified by the codes of classification of economic activities CZ - NACE code 49.39, 49.41 and 52.29.
The content of a collective contract of higher degree can be found at the regional branches of the Czech Labour Office and on the website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (www.mpsv.cz).
