of 10 August 2007
amending Decree No 603 / 2006 Coll., on the information obligation of the collective investment fund and the investment company
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 139 (f) of Act No. 189 / 2004 Coll., on Collective Investment, as amended by Act No. 57 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 224 / 2006 Coll.:
In Decree No. 603 / 2006 Coll., on the information obligation of the collective investment fund and the investment company, Section 16, including the title and footnotes No 13 and 14 reads as follows:
Sending information for the purposes of storing it in a collection of commercial register documents
The annual report, which under the special legislature13) is deposited in a collection of commercial register documents through the Czech National Bank, will send the reporting entity to the address of the Czech National Bank in electronic form provided for by the special legislature14) in accordance with § 15. If the size of the message does not allow sending in accordance with § 15, the reporting entity will send the annual report to the Czech National Bank on the CD-R data medium.

14) Article 2 of Decree No. 562 / 2006 Coll., which provides for the method of converting the documents into electronic form, the way in which the transferred documents are handled and the binding electronic form of the documents (Ordinance on the digitisation of the Commercial Register). "
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 October 2007.
