on the issue of commemorative silver CZK 2,000 with gold ink for the year 2000
The Czech National Bank provides for the Czech National Bank in accordance with § 22 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank:
§ 1
(1) On the occasion of the last year of the second millennium, commemorative silver two thousand crowns with gold ink ("commemorative coins") are issued.
(2) The commemorative coins are issued in a special version intended for collecting purposes in two variants. Variants differ by making the front page. For the first variant, the fields of commemorative coins and embossed embossed embossed mats are on the embossed circuit, for the second variant the fields of commemorative coins are polished and the embossed are matt. The reverse side of both variants of the commemorative coin has a matt center of the coin and reliefs; the ring and main pattern are polished.
(3) The commemorative coins are rolled from silver of 999 purity. The ink is embossed with gold of purity 999.9. The total weight of the commemorative coin is 34,214 g, its diameter 40 mm and its force 3,40 mm. The weight of the gold alloy is 3,111 g and its diameter is 16 mm. The edge of the commemorative coin is smooth with the feature "ČNB * Ag 0.999 * 31.103 g * ČNB * Au 999.9 * 3.111 g *." When embossing a commemorative coin, the allowed deviation is 0,1 mm in diameter and 0,25 mm in thickness. In the weight of silver, the tolerance allowed is up to 0,05 g, in the weight of gold the tolerance up to 0,05 g, in the purity of silver the tolerance up to 1% and in the purity of gold the tolerance up to 0,01%.
§ 2
(1) The commemorative coin is stylistically stylized in the form of a clock dial with the marking of individual quarters of the hour.
(2) On the face of the commemorative coin, there are symbolic points indicating a quarter, half and thirty-four hours. At the point of the whole hour, gold inlet is placed in the plastic embossed silver ring. On the inside is a hologram with stylized large state emblem of the Czech Republic in a circular shield divided into four fields, supplemented also by points symbolically indicating individual quarters of the clock. When the coin is folded against the falling light, the background of the national emblem of glossy rainbow colours is obtained, which changes and intersect in each field of the shield depending on the angle of light impact; the background shall be highlighted by a single representation of heraldic animals whose colour also changes. The name "CZECH REPUBLIC" is in the upper half of the cross-ring around the Golden Inlet, the denomination of the coin with the abbreviation "2000 CZK" is in the lower part of the cross-ring. Both copies are separated by dots. The coin tag that struck the commemorative coin is placed in the middle of the intercircle with the gold line.
(3) On the back of the commemorative coin there is a main pattern in the middle, a large number "2000" consisting of intertwined stylised digits. In the upper part below the ring is placed in the middle of the plastic exiting point symbolizing the entire hour. To the right of this point is the beginning of the unclosed copy of "THE YEAR OF TWO TIMES - THE END OF MILENIA," whose individual letters symbolize the passing minutes of the new year. Each quarter of the clock is also marked by Roman numerals. For a quarter, half and three quarters of an hour, the number of the clock dial "III," "VI" and "IX" are used, symbolically denotes the number "MM" for the whole hour. The author of the proposal is Otakar Dušek. The initials of his name "OD," joined into one stylized character, are placed in the middle of the commemorative coin in the middle of the number "2000."
§ 3
This Decree shall take effect on 1 December 1999.
