amending Decree No. 292 / 1997 of the Ministry of Health Coll., on the health requirements of bottled waters and on how to adapt them
According to § 19 (a), (b) and (f) of Act No. 110 / 1997 Coll., on Food and Tobacco Products and on the amendment and addition of certain related laws:
Decree No 292 / 1997 Coll., on the health requirements of packaged waters and the manner in which they are adapted, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 10 (5) reads as follows:
"(5) In the case of a positive finding of the values of chemical indicators referred to in points (a) to (f), which are characterised by harmful effects of the same nature, the sum of the shares, calculated by dividing the actual values of the concentrations of each indicator by the maximum permitted values in Annexes 1 and 2 and divided by the number of indicators, shall be less than 1. ';
2. In Annex No 1 (B) (a), the symbol "(1) 'is deleted under the heading" Other conditions%'.
3. In Annex No 1, Part B (b), the last sentence is replaced by the following sentence: "For certain substances, detection limits are given in Annex No 2 under Nos 23 to 41, 58 and 61. '.
4. In Annex No 2 (B) (a), entry 19, the following entry "(25) * * * * * *) 'is inserted in the box" limit'.
The footnote is:
"* * * *) infant 15, table 25. '.
5. In Annex No 2 (B) (b) (36), under the heading "limit ', the figure" 0,3' is replaced by the figure "0,01 '.
6. In Annex No 2, Part B (b), the following part, including symbol (5), is inserted:
"Other substances
| 41 | polychlorované | PCB | μg/1 | 0,01 | 25 (5)“. |
The current headings 41 to 63 are renumbered as headings 42 to 64.
In Annex 2, Part The first sentence of the explanatory notes under the tables reads: "Symbols (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5) in Annexes 1 and 3 indicate: '.
At the end of the explanatory notes, the following symbol (5) is added:
"(5) Sum of congeners 28, 52, 101, 118, 138, 153, 180. ';
7. In Annex 2 (B) (d) (63), the limit type "mol / 1 'is replaced by" mmol / 1'.
1. If the fulfilment of the obligation arising from the provisions of Paragraph 3 (2) is conditional on the implementation of a zoning and construction procedure, compliance with this decree must be achieved by the end of 2000 at the latest.
2. This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
