THE LAW
of 27 September 1995
on the commencement of the activity of the Supreme Court in Olomouc
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
The Supreme Court in Olomouc shall take effect on the date of application of this Act.
Things attacked before the date of application of this law at the Supreme Court in Prague, in which the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court in Olomouc would be given, will be completed by the Supreme Court in Prague.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1996.
