supplementing Decree No. 33 / 1984 Coll., on Travel Refunds, as amended by Decree No. 81 / 1988 Coll.
According to § 123 (1) (f) of the Labour Code No. 65 / 1965 Coll., as amended by Act No. 188 / 1988 Coll., in agreement with the Central Council of Unions and the Association of Cooperative Farmers:
Decree No. 33 / 1984 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 81 / 1988 Coll., is added as follows:
The following Section 34a is inserted after Section 34:
In the context of the choice and activity of self-government bodies (9), state undertakings, cooperatives, joint ventures and foreign trade undertakings under the Specific Regulations (10) and enterprises or economic establishments of social organisations, the organisation shall provide compensation to workers as in the course of work. '
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1989.
