DECLARATION
of 18 October 2018
amending Decree No. 454 / 2002 Coll., laying down the documents for selection, the procedure for selection and the model of the personal questionnaire of the applicant for the profession to the service of the professional soldier, as amended by Decree No. 413 / 2009 Coll.
The Ministry of Defence provides, pursuant to § 4 (6) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 254 / 2002 Coll.:
Decree No. 454 / 2002 Coll., laying down the documents for selection, the procedure for selection and the model of the personal questionnaire of the professional applicant for the service of an occupational soldier, as amended by Decree No. 413 / 2009 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. footnote 1 shall read:
"1) § 41 of Act No. 186 / 2013 Coll., on Citizenship of the Czech Republic and amending certain laws (Act on Citizenship of the Czech Republic)."
2. in Article 1 (1) (g):
"(g) 3 colour photographs of a size of 35 mm x 45 mm, built on a shorter side, corresponding to the form of the candidate at the time of the application for employment, showing his head and the upper shoulder in the front view, without glasses and without headgear, unless justified by reasons of religion or health; in such a case, the candidate's glasses on the photograph shall not cover the eyes and create reflections and the cover shall not create shadows on the face; the candidate in the photograph must have a neutral expression and a closed mouth, the eyes must be open and the hair must not be covered, ';
3. footnotes 3 to 5 are as follows:
"(3) Act No. 412 / 2005 Coll., on the Protection of classified information and on security competence, as amended.
4) Decree No. 217 / 2010 Coll., on the establishment of qualification conditions for the professional classification of professional soldiers, as amended.
5) Decree No. 357 / 2016 Coll., on medical fitness to perform military active service. '.
4. the Annex shall read as follows:

This Decision shall enter into force on 1 November 2018.
