Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No 240 / 2017 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended, indicates that the Collective Agreement of Higher Degree for 2017, which was concluded on 24 January 2017 between the Senior Trade Union Body - Department of Workers of the Wood Industries, Forestry and Water Management in the Czech Republic, the Czech-Moravian Trade Union Association and the Employers' Organisation - Association of the Czech Paper Industry, is, with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this communication, binding on other employers with the predominant activity in the sector identified by the codes of classification of economic activities CZ - NACE 17.11 and 17.12.
