DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 432 / 2003 Coll., laying down the conditions for the classification of works into categories, the limit values for biological exposure test indicators, the conditions for the collection of biological material for carrying out biological exposure tests and the formalities for reporting of work with asbestos and biological agents, as amended
The Ministry of Health provides pursuant to § 108 (1) of Act No. 258 / 2000 Coll., on the Protection of Public Health and on the amendment of certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 274 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 392 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 222 / 2006 Coll., for the implementation of Section 37 (1) of the Act:
Decree No. 432 / 2003 Coll., laying down the conditions for the classification of works into categories, the limit values of the biological exposure test indicators, the conditions for the collection of biological material for carrying out biological exposure tests and the formalities for reporting of work with asbestos and biological agents, as amended by Decree No. 107 / 2013 Coll. and Decree No. 181 / 2015 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, Part 6, Chapter "Category 2 ', point (c), the words" and the muscular forces deployed, which are part of a regular work activity', are deleted, in points (b) (1) and (c), the words "work 'are replaced by the words" work'.
2. In Annex No 1, Part 6, the words "points (b) (1) and (c) (1) (b) (2) and (3) and (d) 'are replaced by the words" (a), (b) and (d)'.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 October 2015.
