GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 9 June 2008
amending Government Regulation No 522 / 2005 Coll., establishing a list of classified information
The Government mandates pursuant to § 139 (1) of Act No. 412 / 2005 Coll., on the Protection of classified information and on the security competence:
Government Regulation No 522 / 2005 Coll., establishing a list of classified information, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) This Regulation lays down:
(a) in Annex 1, the general part of the classified information list;
(b) in Annex 2, the list of classified information within the scope of the Ministry of Transport;
(c) in Annex 3, the list of classified information within the scope of the Ministry of Finance;
(d) in Annex 4, the list of classified information within the scope of the Ministry of Culture;
(e) in Annex 5, the list of classified information within the scope of the Ministry of Defence;
(f) in Annex 6, the list of classified information within the scope of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
(g) in Annex 7, the list of classified information within the scope of the Ministry of Justice;
(h) in Annex 8, the list of classified information within the scope of the Ministry of Interior;
(i) in Annex 9, the list of classified information within the scope of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
(j) in Annex 10, the list of classified information within the scope of the Ministry of Agriculture;
(k) in Annex 11, the list of classified information within the competence of the Czech National Bank,
(l) in Annex 12, the list of classified information within the competence of the Czech Telecommunications Authority,
(m) in Annex 13, a list of classified information within the scope of the President's Office;
(n) in Annex 14, the list of classified information within the scope of the National Security Office;
(o) in Annex No 15, a list of classified information in the field covered by the Administration of State tangible reserves;
(p) in Annex 16, a list of classified information within the scope of the State Office for Nuclear Security;
(q) in Annex 17, the list of classified information within the scope of the Authority of the Government of the Czech Republic,
(r) in Annex 18, the list of classified information in the field of competence of the intelligence services of the Czech Republic. ';
2. in Article 1 (2) and (3) and in Article 2 (1) and (2), "20" is replaced by "18."
3. In Annex 1, point 4:
"4. International negotiations, contracts and other agreements concluded under them, protocols, minutes and other information in the field of international cooperation, if the Parties so agree, V-PT '.
4. In Annex 2, at the end of point 1, the words "or significant economic interests of the State 'shall be added and the words" V-D' shall be replaced by the words "V '.
5. In Annex 2, point 7, the words "Data on 'are replaced by the words" Values' and the word "collateral 'is replaced by the words" detection'.
6. In Annex No 2, point 8, the word "acceptance 'shall be inserted after the word" results' and the word "survey 'shall be replaced by" detection'.
7. In Annex 2, point 9 reads as follows:
'9. Details of exemptions from technical parameters and acceptance tests of the installation referred to in points 7 and 8 V - D '.
8. in Annex 2, point 10 is deleted;
9. In Annex 3, point 25 is added:
"25. Selected part of the security documentation and documentation related to the operation, research and development of information systems in which individual, integrated, analytical or cumulated accounting, financial and budgetary data of the State are processed, including data of tax entities V - T '.
10. Annex No 4 is deleted.
Annexes 5 to 20 to date shall be renumbered Annexes 4 to 19.
11. in Annex 4, points 1 and 2 read:
"1. Project documentation of electrical signalling, closed-circuit television, emergency or input control system for the protection of objects in which cultural goods are stored, against theft, theft and damage of foreign goods V
2. Summary information on the state of implementation of the security of cultural goods against theft, theft and damage to foreign property V. "
12. In Annex 5, point 4 is deleted.
Points 5 to 47 shall become points 4 to 46.
13. In Annex 5, point 11, "V - PT 'is replaced by" V - T';
14. In Annex 5, point 14, "V-T 'is replaced by" V-D';
15. In Annex 5, point 15, the word "exceptional 'is deleted.
16. Point 16 of Annex 5 reads as follows:
"16. Documents to secure combat and mobilization alert, defensive preparations and a plan for the development of the armed forces of the Czech Republic V - PT '.
17. Point 21 of Annex 5 reads as follows:
"21. Presumption and capabilities of military services, military facilities, military rescue services during the war, and a set of their tabular numbers of persons and property V-D '.
18. In Annex 5, point 23, the words "table numbers of peace and war persons' are deleted.
19. In Annex 5, points 33 and 34 are deleted.
Points 35 to 46 shall be renumbered 33 to 44.
20. Point 2 of Annex 6 reads as follows:
'2. A half-yearly report on the weapons technology and selected weapons products Armory (MPO) 1-02 if it contains data on selected weapons products V '.
21. In Annex 6, point 13 is added:
"13. Specific data on the use of electronic communications, equipment and postal objects networks for defence and state security needs, including V - T security data '.
22. In Annex 8, point 5 is deleted.
Points 6 to 18 shall become points 5 to 17.
23. The following points 18 to 21 are added to Annex 8:
"18. Specified part of the documentation concerning the operation, research and development of information systems V - T
19. Comprehensive operational data on private radio telephone network V
20. Documentation of electronic communications networks for crisis situations. Information on local lines leased and set up for defence and security purposes of the State, provided that they show the purpose, detailed course and precise location of the management and location of the public authorities V - T
21. Summary data on centrally applied and processed requirements of authorised authorities for the provision of data from operator databases and for the provision of the conditions for the monitoring and recording of V-T messages'.
24. In Annex 11, point 3:
"3. Summary plan for the transfer of money stocks V."
25. In Annex 11, point 5, the word "accounts' shall be inserted after the word" systematics'.
26. In Annex No 11, the following point 7 is added:
'7. Selected information related to the performance of financial market supervision V - D '.
27. Annex No 14 is deleted.
Annexes 15 to 19 to date shall be renumbered Annexes 14 to 18.
28. In Annex No 14, point 2, the words ", denunciation 'shall be inserted after the word" investigation'.
29. In Annex No 18, point 2, "V - PT 'is replaced by" V - T';
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 2008.
