On 12 June 2001, the Constitutional Court decided in plenary on a proposal by the District Office in Teplice to abolish the generally binding Bílina Decree No 23 on the safeguarding of local public order issues
as follows:
Decree No 23 of 14 November 1996 on the prohibition of the sale and use of pyrotechnic articles shall be repealed on the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
