DECLARATION
Ministry of Industry and Trade
of 19 October 1999
repealing certain legislation on the gas sector
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to Section 24 of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central government bodies of the Czech Republic, as amended:
They shall be deleted:
(a) the Decree of the Federal Ministry of Fuel and Energy of 9 April 1979 on the issue of rules on safety and health at work in the gas industry, the issue of which was notified in the amount of 13 / 1979 Coll.,
(b) Decree of the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs of 22 November 1990 No 582 / 1990 Coll., laying down rules for the operation of gas installations.
This Decree shall take effect on 31 December 1999.
