THE LAW

of 27 September 1995

amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 436 / 1991 Coll., on certain measures in the judiciary, on the election of the President, their dismissal and withdrawal from office and on the administration of the courts of the Czech Republic, as amended

Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

Čl. I

The Act of the Czech National Council No. 436 / 1991 Coll., on certain measures in the judiciary, on the election of the sitting, their discharge and withdrawal from office and on the administration of the courts of the Czech Republic, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 580 / 1991 Coll., the Act of the Czech National Council No. 23 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 171 / 1993 Coll. is amended as follows:

1. § 5a is deleted.

„§ 18

(1) The State Administration of the Supreme, Regional and District Courts is carried out by the Ministry either directly or through the Chairpersons of those Courts; State administration of district courts may also be exercised by the Presidents of regional courts.

(2) The State Administration of the Supreme Court is carried out by the Ministry through the President of that Court. "

3. in Article 21 (1) (a), the words "and the supreme courts shall determine them in agreement with the Presidents of those courts" shall be replaced by the words "and shall determine them in agreement with the President of that court."

4. In Article 21 (2), the words "county and county courts' are replaced by the words" county, county and supreme courts'.

5. In Paragraph 22a (1), at the end of the dot, the text is replaced by the following:

"(d) oversees the proper functioning of the judicial offices."

6. In Article 29 (a), the following words shall be inserted after the words "complaints for procedure ':

Čl. II

The President of the Chamber of Deputies of Parliament is hereby authorised to declare in the Collection of Laws of the Czech Republic the full text of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 436 / 1991 Coll., on certain measures in the judiciary, on the election of the sitting, their dismissal and withdrawal from office and on the administration of the courts of the Czech Republic, as is apparent from the later regulations.

This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1996.
