of 27 January 2022
imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following higher-level collective agreements have been imposed on him:
1. Collective contract for 2022 concluded on 14 December 2021 between the Contracting Parties
Department of Transport Workers, Road Economy and Auto Repair Bohemia and Moravia - Section of the Road Economy
and
Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Section of the Road Economy;
2. Collective contract of higher degree for 2022 (for a.s. and s.r.o.) concluded on 14 December 2021 between the contracting parties
Department of Transport Workers, Road Economy and Auto Repair Bohemia and Moravia - Section of the Road Economy
and
Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Section of the Road Economy;
3. Appendix 1 to the Collective Agreement of 2 February 2021 concluded between the Contracting Parties on 24 November 2021
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic,
Czech-Moravian Trade Union Association
and
Association of Czech Paper Industry.
