DECLARATION

of 14 January 2016

on the declaration of the National Nature Reserve of the Úhosti and the establishment of its closer protection conditions

The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (4) (h) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 312 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:

§ 1

Announcement of the national nature reserve

(1) The National Nature Reserve of the Úhosti (hereinafter referred to as the "National Nature Reserve") is hereby declared.

(2) A national nature reservation shall be declared as a territory as defined in paragraph 3, with the presence of:

(a) natural rock, shrubbery and forest ecosystems for the vegetation of epheméres and suculents, forest edges, low xerophilic shrubs, high mesophile and xerophilic shrubs, warm doubras, rubble forests and beech forests;

(b) grassland and grassland, sand grass and shallow soils and dry lawns; and

(c) wet and aquatic ecosystems of reeds and vegetation of high seeds and macrophyte vegetation of naturally eutrophic and mesotrophic standing waters;

forming an object of protection for the national nature reserve.

(3) The national nature reserve is situated in the territory of the Ústí Region, in the cadastral territories of the Ústáště, Uhoštěny, Punitika and the Principle of Qadana. The national nature reserve boundaries shall be determined by closed geometric patterns with direct sides whose vertices are determined by coordinates of the single trigonometric network of the cadastral1). The lists of coordinates of the vertices of geometric images as they follow in the figures are given in Annex 1 to this Decree.

(4) The protection zone of the national nature reserve is situated in the territory of the Ústí Region, in the cadastral territories of the Ústáště, Uhoštěny, Pasty, Penalties, Dry Mine at the Monasterce nad Ohří and the Principle at the Kadana. The national nature reserve protection zone boundaries shall be determined by closed geometric patterns with direct sides whose vertices are determined by coordinates of the single trigonometric network of the cadastral1). The lists of coordinates of the vertices of geometric patterns as they follow in the patterns are given in Annex 2 to this decree.

(5) An indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national nature reserve and its protection zone is given in Annex 3 to this decree.

§ 2

Closer protection conditions

Only with the consent of the competent nature conservation authority can the national nature reserve

(a) permit or make changes to the types of land or to their exploitation (2);

(b) permit or carry out geological work linked to the intrusion into the territory; or

§ 3

Efficacy

This Decision shall enter into force on 1 February 2016.
