Communication from the Energy Regulatory Authority No 24 / 2010 Coll.

The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 17 (9) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms of Business and on the Performance of Government Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, issued price decisions No 6 / 2009 of 25 November 2009, on gas prices, No 7 / 2009 of 25 November 2009 fixing electricity prices and related services, and No 8 / 2009 of 25 November 2009 establishing fixed prices for the distribution of electricity to low-voltage customers.

According to Article 17 (7) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decisions in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 30 November 2009, amounting to 10. That date entered into force on the price decisions. All the above price decisions took effect on 1 January 2010.
