GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 17 January 1996
amending Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 164 / 1991 Coll., establishing the National Park Podyjí and laying down the conditions for its protection
The Government orders the implementation of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by the statutory measure of the Bureau of the Czech National Council No. 347 / 1992 Coll. and Act No. 289 / 1995 Coll.:
Paragraph 2 of the Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No 164 / 1991 Coll., establishing the National Park Podyjí and laying down the conditions for its protection, is deleted.
Paragraph 3 shall become paragraph 2.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
