The Bureau of the Czech National Council announces, pursuant to § 50 paragraph 1 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 54 / 1971 Coll., on the election to the National Committees in the Czech Socialist Republic, the supplementary election to the North Moravian Regional National Committee in the constituency No. 44 (Český Těšín II) and sets the date of its holding on Thursday, 20 April 1989.
