DECLARATION
State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic
of 21 January 1983
on the basic conditions for the supply of raw materials
The State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, after consultation with the participating ministries and other central authorities, is provided for in Article 392 (2) of Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll., as published under No. 37 / 1971 Coll. and as amended by Act No. 165 / 1982 Coll. ("the Act '):
Subject matter and scope of the adjustment
(1) This decree regulates the economic obligations arising from the preparation of supplies and supplies of raw materials, including non-industrial metal waste and prepared semi-finished products thereof (hereinafter referred to as "raw materials') (1), supplied by the organisations of the collection raw materials.
(2) The Decree does not apply to deliveries for and from imports.
Guarantee period
(Articles 135 and 198 (1) of the Law)
The guarantee period shall be:
(a) collection paper;
(b) collection textile,
(c) light skins,
(d) collective feathers
one month after delivery.
Liability rights for defects
(to Article 201 (1) of the Law)
The collector who has been incorrectly filled shall have the right:
(a) require an appropriate discount if it is for the performance it keeps; or
(b) to require, to the extent of defective performance, either a new impeccable performance or, if this is not possible, to require the cancellation of the contract.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 1983.
