determining the authorities of other local national committees as the building office of the first stool.
The Central Administration for Housing and Civil Construction declares pursuant to § 13 (2) of Act No. 280 / 1949 Coll., on the zoning and construction of municipalities:
The building authority of the first stools shall, within their jurisdiction, be the bodies of the councils of the following other local national committees:
1. In the region of Prague: Horovice.
2. In the region of České Budějovice: Český Krumlov, Prachatice, Vimperk.
3. In Pilsen: Rokycany.
4. In Ústí Region: Litvinov.
5. In Liberec: Jablonec nad Nisou, Varnsdorf.
6. In the region of Hradecký: Dobruška, the Court of the Králové nad Labem, Hořice, Jaroměřice, Jičín, Náděd, Nové Městí nad Metují, Rydnov nad Čnežně, Trutnov.
7. In the region of Pardubice: Choceň, Chrudim, Lanskroun, Pardubice, High Myto.
8. In the region of Jihlava: Telch.
9. In the region of Brno: Blansko, Breclav, Bystřice nad Pernštejn, Hustopeče, Mikulov, Moravian Trebová, Slavkov, Tišnov.
10. In the counties of Gottwalds: Hodonin, Uherské Hradiště, Valašské Meziříčí, Vsetín.
11. In the region of Ostrava: Frenštát pod Radhostí, Havířov, Krnov, Nové Jičín, Opava, Orlová.
12. In the region of Bratislava: Nové Mesto nad Váhom, Pezinok.
13. In the county of Nitransky: Handlová, Prievidza.
14. In the county of Žilinský: Ružomberok.
15. In the region of Banskobystrický: Brezno, Luchenec, Žiar nad Hronom.
16. In Košický county: Kežmarok, Krompachy, Spišská Nová Ves, Svit.
The mandate of the building office shall first be withdrawn from the bodies of the local national committees in Soběslav, Lipnik nad Bečva, Kojetín and Rýmar.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 1956.
