of 18 February 1947
Refunds to jurors.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to Section 23 of the Act of 10 December 1946, No. 232 Coll., on Jury Courts:
(1) It is for the jurors who have carried out their duties, if they do not reside in the place where the court seised, to replace the actual costs incurred, at the maximum amount equal to the public means of transport on scheduled services III. carriage class or class II, as well as replacement for bed and board in a maximum amount of 100 CZK per day.
(2) The jurors who are dependent on employment income or who are retailers and who suffer demonstrable damage to their earnings by exercising the office of the judge shall receive compensation for lost earnings for each day up to 150 CZK.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 March 1947; they shall be carried out by the Minister of Justice.
