Decree of the Minister of Finance
of 4 July 1945
renewing the small coins of the Czechoslovak currency after 5 K of pure nickel, after 1 K, 50 and 20 halves of bronze and 10 halves of copper and zinc.
Under Section 3 of the Decree of 28 September 1938, No 202 Coll., amending and supplementing certain provisions on the Small Money System and on the Bank of Stock, I declare:
The effective date of this decree restores into the territory of the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries the validity of small coins of the Czechoslovak currency
(a) 5 K of pure nickel, issued pursuant to the Order of the Minister of Finance of 22 April 1938, No 88 Coll.
(b) after 1 K of nickel bronze, issued pursuant to the Government Decree of 26 May 1922, No 155 Coll., and the Order of the Banking Office of the Ministry of Finance of the same day, No 156 Coll.,
(c) after 50 and 20 halves of nickel bronze, issued pursuant to the Government Decree of 16 February 1922, No 47 Coll., and the Order of the Banking Office of the Ministry of Finance of the same day, No 48 Coll.,
(d) 10 halves of a mixture of copper and zinc, issued pursuant to the Decree of 15 February 1923, No 30 Coll., and the Order of the Banking Office of the Ministry of Finance of the same day, No 31 Coll.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
