extending the commitment of a collective agreement to a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended, indicates that Appendix 4 to the Collective Agreement of the Higher Degree of 2019 - 2024 of 2 April 2019, which was concluded on 12 April 2023 between the higher trade unions - Trade union Construction of the Czech Republic and the Trade Union Association of Transport Workers, Road Economy and Auto-Repair of the Czech Republic and Moravia and the Employers' Organisation - Association of Workers in Construction, is binding on other employers with a major activity in the sector designated by the classification code of economic activities CZ- NACE 08.1, 22.23, 23.2, 23.5, 23.6, 23.9, 41, 42 and 43.
