DECLARATION
of 23 July 2009
amending Decree No. 505 / 2006 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Social Services Act, as amended
According to § 119 (2) of Act No. 108 / 2006 Coll., on Social Services, as amended by Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll. and Act No. 206 / 2009 Coll.:
Decree No. 505 / 2006 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Social Services Act, as amended by Decree No. 166 / 2007 Coll. and Decree No. 340 / 2007 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 17, at the end of paragraph 2, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point (c) is added:
"(c) 100 CZK per hour, according to the actual time needed to ensure the operation, for the operations referred to in paragraph 1 (c), (e) and (g); where the provision of such operations, including the time necessary to ensure them, does not last a full hour, the amount of the remuneration shall be reduced proportionately. ';
2. In the heading of Part Six, the words "AND STAFF LINE 'shall be added at the end.
3. In Article 39, the words "and the model of the special authorisation of a county employee to be demonstrated in carrying out a social inquiry for the purposes of appeal proceedings' shall be inserted after the words" care allowance '.
4. In Annex No 1 (I) (a), the words "for persons under 18 years of age," shall be inserted after the words "for persons under 18 years of age," and "for persons under 5 years of age who are not otherwise taken into account in the need for assistance and supervision in such action," shall be inserted after the words "for persons under 18 years of age."
5. in Annex 1 (I) (q) and (r), the words "for persons under 18 years of age," shall be inserted after the words "for persons under 18 years of age," and "for persons under 7 years of age who are not otherwise taken into account in the need for assistance and supervision in such action," shall be added after the words "for persons under 18 years of age.";
6. In Annex No 2, point 1, at the end of the text of point (a), the words "; according to this mission, objectives and principles, the provider shall proceed 'shall be added.
7. Annex 3 shall read as follows:

Model of special authorisation of the municipality staff and county staff
A. Model of the special authorisation of a municipality employee to be shown in the course of the social inquiry and control of the use of the care allowance
B. Model of the special authorisation of the county employee to be shown in the course of the social inquiry for the purposes of appeal proceedings

8. Annex 4 shall read as follows:

This Decree shall take effect on 1 August 2009.
