DECLARATION
of 10 July 2003
repealing Decree No 49 / 1995 Coll., laying down rules on the submission of applications, distribution and release of funds for investment grants under the Programme for the Improvement of the Technical Status and Equipment of Schools and Schools
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, after consulting the Ministry of Finance, provides, pursuant to § 15 paragraph 5 of Act No. 500 / 1990 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the authorities of the Czech Republic in matters of transfer of State ownership to other legal or natural persons, as amended by Act No. 218 / 1994 Coll. and Act No. 164 / 1998 Coll.:
Decree No. 49 / 1995 Coll., laying down rules on the submission of applications, the distribution and release of funds for investment grants under the Programme for the Improvement of the Technical Status and Equipment of Schools and Schools, is hereby repealed.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 2003.
