On 19 October 1999, the Constitutional Court decided, in plenary, on the proposal by the Regional Office of Beroun to repeal the generally binding Decree of the municipality of Svinar of 8 April 1999 No 1 / 99 on public policy, maintaining purity and protecting the environment in the municipality as follows:
The general binding decree of the municipality of Svinařa of 8 April 1999 No 1 / 99 on public policy, the maintenance of cleanliness and environmental protection on the territory of the municipality shall be deleted from the date of publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
