of 10 June 2021
imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following higher-level collective agreements have been imposed on him:
1. Appendix 1 to the Collective Higher Level Agreement for the forestry sector
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic
and
Czech Association of Employers in Forestry
and
Czech Association of Entrepreneurs in Forestry;
2. Appendix 2 to the Collective Higher Level Agreement for 2019 - 2024 concluded between
Trade union Construction of the Czech Republic
and
Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto-repair Czech and Moravia
and
The Union of Entrepreneurs in Construction.
