DECLARATION
of 31 July 2017
amending Decree No. 2 / 2006 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Education Act for schools and educational establishments established by the Ministry of the Interior, as amended
According to Section 172 (5) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 342 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 242 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 82 / 2015 Coll.:
Decree No. 2 / 2006 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Education Act, as amended by Decree No. 323 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 21 / 2010 Coll. and Decree No. 261 / 2013 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In Article 2 (2) (c), the words "pupils with special educational needs' are inserted after the word" specification '.
2. In Paragraph 4a, under the heading "18 and 19 ', the text" 19 (i)' is replaced by "19 (i) '.
3. Paragraph 4a (1) is deleted.
Paragraphs 2 to 4 shall be renumbered paragraphs 1 to 3.
4. In Paragraph 4a, the following paragraph 3 is inserted after paragraph 2, including footnote 21:
"(3) In the case of pupils with special educational needs, the Decree on the Education of Pupils with Special Educationneeds and Pupils with Selection21 provides for further details of the individual curriculum.
21) Decree No. 27 / 2016 Coll., on the education of pupils with special educational needs and gifted pupils. '
Paragraph 3 shall become paragraph 4.
5. In Paragraph 4a (4), the word "personal 'is deleted and at the end of the second sentence the words" in the school matrix' are added.
6. In Article 6 (6), the words "and Friday preceding Easter Monday 'are replaced by the words" prior to Great Friday'.
7. In Paragraph 11, the dot is replaced by a comma at the end of paragraph 1 and the following point (h) is added:
"(h) the recommendation of the educational advisory establishment containing support measures for the necessary adjustments to the admission procedure, where applicants with special educational needs are concerned.";
8. Paragraph 12, including the title, reads:
Application procedure for the first round of the admission procedure
(K § 64 of the Act)
The applicant who submits two applications for the first round of the admission procedure shall indicate on both applications of the school, fields of education, or focus of the school curriculum in the same order. '
9. In Section 13, the title reads: "Invitation to the entrance exam and replacement term '.
10. in Article 13 (1) and (2):
"(1) The invitation for the first round entrance examination shall be sent by the school director to the tenderer not later than 14 days before the first round and for a replacement period not later than 7 days before the first round.
(2) The invitation to take an entrance exam shall include, in particular, the field of education, the expected number of applicants admitted, the criteria for the admission procedure, the place and time of the entrance examination, the content and form of the entrance examination, the list of authorised aids. ';
11. in Article 13, paragraphs 3 to 5 are deleted;
Paragraph 6 shall become paragraph 3.
12. After Paragraph 13, the following Section 13a is inserted:
School entrance exam
(K § 64 of the Act)
(1) Where the school director decides to take a school entrance exam, he shall determine the date and place of the examination, its form, test subjects and the content and scope of the course, which shall not exceed the educational content of the Framework Training Programme for primary education.
(2) The dates of the school entrance exam must not overlap with those of the uniform examination. ';
13. in Paragraph 14 (1):
"(1) The school director shall publish in a publicly accessible place at the school and in a way that allows remote access
(a) the ranking of tenderers according to the outcome of the evaluation in the recruitment procedure; and
(b) the criteria for the admission procedure. ';
14. in Article 15 (1), the word "public" is replaced by the word "public."

The provisions of the Reception Procedure Order 5b) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the details of the entry note.

16. After Paragraph 16, the following Section 16a is inserted:
Other rules governing admission to secondary education
(K § 64 of the Act)
The provisions of the Reception Procedure Regulation 5b) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the transmission of data from applications and the transmission of data from the record sheets of the Centre for the Detection of Educational Results, the treatment of test documentation, the conduct of a single examination and the safety rules of the Single Test. ';
17. in Paragraph 18 (e), the words "evening," and "distance" are deleted.
18. in Article 23 (1) and (2):
"(1) Professional experience shall be carried out to the extent set out in the framework training programme or accredited training programme in schools, school establishments or places of work of natural or legal persons.
(2) The vocational practice of pupils is taught by the teacher of vocational subjects and by the teacher of practical teaching. The training of pupils at the workplace of natural or legal persons may be performed for the management and supervision of instructors. ';
19. in Article 26 (1), the words "on the basis of its own initiative or the initiative of another legal or natural person" shall be deleted;
20. In Article 26 (2), the words "on the basis of their own initiative or the initiative of other teachers' shall be deleted.
21. in Article 27 (3) and (5), the words' until 30 September 'shall be replaced by' until the last working day of October ';
22. In Paragraph 30 (1), the word "programme 'is replaced by" content content' and the words "or module 'are inserted after the word" subject'.
23. in Article 30 (1) (a), the words "or module" shall be inserted after the word "subject."
24. In Paragraph 30 (4), the words "or module 'are inserted after the word" subject'.
25. in Article 31 (4), the words "or module" shall be inserted after the word "subject."
26. In Article 34 (2), the words "or modules' shall be inserted after the words" articles'.
27. in Article 35 (3), the words "the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic, the Prison Services of the Czech Republic, the General Inspection of Security Corps, the Security Information Services" shall be inserted after the words "the Corps of the Czech Republic."
28. In Article 35a (1), the words "or modules' shall be inserted after the words" articles'.
29. in Paragraph 42 (1), the words "or students" shall be deleted;
30. In Annex 2, the text is added:
"Type and quantity of selected food species in g per guest and day for lactose-oovegetarian nutrition.

Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 2017.
