On 11 August 2015, the Constitutional Court decided under sp. zn.
as follows:
I. Article II of Regulation No 1 / 2014 of the Municipality of Vojkovice issuing rules for the sale of goods and services on the territory of the Municipality of Vojkovice shall be deleted from the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
II. To the remaining extent, the proposal is rejected.
