The Ministry of Industry and Trade, pursuant to § 15 (4) of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on the Technical Requirements for Products and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Acts, announces by its Decision No. 204 / 97 No. 28857 / 97 / 6000 / 1000 - MIPOX 003 LY0Q of 1 September 1997 that the Czech Institute for Accreditation, with the registered office of Prague 1, Bishop Court 5, was entrusted with carrying out the accreditation.
The decision became final on 1 September 1997.
