Ministerstvo sprádlivosti Slovenskej socialists republiky podľa § 195 Trestného zákon č. 140 / 1961 Zb. designates:
As the intoxicating environment and poisons in zmysle § 187 and 188 of the Penal Act, sa vysujú tie láktoré, ktoré sú uvedené v zoznamoch narcotic and psychotropic látok a jadov v prílohe personný predpisí.1)
Tato záška nadobúda feknosť 1. januárom 1989.
