DECLARATION
of 15 August 2022
amending Decree No 511 / 2021 Coll., amending the basic rate of refund for the use of road motor vehicles and food and fixing the average price of fuel for the purposes of providing travel refunds, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides according to § 189 (2) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., the Labour Code:
Decree No 511 / 2021 Coll., amending the basic rate of refund for the use of road motor vehicles and food and determining the average price of fuel for the purpose of providing travel refunds, as amended by Decree No 47 / 2022 Coll. and Decree No 116 / 2022 Coll., is amended as follows:
Article 1 (2) and (3) read as follows:
For each calendar day of business travel, the staff member shall be entitled to the allowance provided for in Article 163 (1) of the Labour Code, at least at the rate of:
a) 120 CZK, if the work trip lasts 5 to 12 hours,
b) 181 CZK, if the journey lasts longer than 12 hours, but not more than 18 hours,
c) 284 CZK, if the journey lasts longer than 18 hours.
For each calendar day of business travel, the staff member shall be entitled to the allowance in accordance with Section 176 (1) of the Labour Code,
a) 120 CZK to 142 CZK, if the business trip lasts 5 to 12 hours,
b) 181 CZK to 219 CZK, if the work journey lasts for more than 12 hours, but no more than 18 hours,
c) 284 CZK to 340 CZK, if the journey lasts longer than 18 hours. "
2. in § 4 (b), "CZK 40,50" is replaced by "CZK 51,40";
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the day following that of its publication.
