Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No 237 / 2021 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended, indicates that the Collective Agreement of Higher Degree for the years 2021 - 2022, which was concluded on 29 January 2021 between the Senior Trade Union Body - Union of Glass, Ceramics and Porcelain and Employers' Organisation - Association of the Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic, is binding on other employers with major activity in the sector designated by the classification code of economic activities CZ - NACE 23.1, 23.41 and 23.42, with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this Communication.
