Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No 237 / 2013 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll., and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the Collective Agreement of the Higher Degree for 2013 - 2014, concluded on 31.3.2013 between the Union of Workers of the Glass, Ceramic, Jewelry and Porcelain Industry and Association of the Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic, is binding on other employers with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this Communication, with the predominant activity in the sector of NACE codes: 231, 2341 and 2342.
