on the obligations of Appendix 2 to the Higher Level Collective Contract
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended by Act No. 519 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 118 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 220 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 151 / 2002 Coll., the finding of the Constitutional Court under No. 23.5, Act No. 199 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 112 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 189 / 2006 Coll., and Act No. 264 / 2006 Coll., states that Appendix 2 to the collective agreements of the Czech Republic and Moravia, with effect from 1 April 2009 to 31 March 2010, concluded between the Union of the Stavba of the Czech Republic, the Department of Transport Workers' s Union, the Road and the Authority of the Czech Republic and the Moravas of the Czech Republic, with effect from 1 April 2009.
