DECLARATION
of 4 September 2007
amending Decree No. 241 / 2006 Coll., laying down the models of forms and languages of the Member States of the European Union used in cross-border cases to provide financial assistance to victims of crime
According to Section 14f of Act No. 209 / 1997 Coll., on the provision of financial assistance to victims of crime and on the amendment and addition of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 204 / 2006 Coll.:
Čl. I
Decree No 241 / 2006 Coll., laying down the models of forms and languages of the Member States of the European Union used in cross-border cases to provide financial assistance to victims of crime, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2, at the end of paragraph 1, the sentence "The model form of the Czech Republic in English is set out in Annex No 1a, the model form of the Czech Republic in Slovak is set out in Annex No 1b."
2. Annex 1, including the title, reads:

"Annex No 1 to Decree No 241 / 2006 Coll.

3. the following Annexes 1a and 1b are inserted after Annex 1, including the headings:

"Annex No 1a to Decree No 241 / 2006 Coll.

Čl. II
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
