DECLARATION
of 10 July 2003
amending Decree No. 281 / 2001 Coll., implementing § 9 (3) (a) of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on Crisis Management and amending certain laws (Crisis Act)
According to § 9 (3) (a) of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on Crisis Management and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Crisis Act), as amended by Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll.:
Decree No. 281 / 2001 Coll., implementing Section 9 (3) (a) of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on Crisis Management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act) is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 2 (3), the words "district authorities, 10)," including footnote 10) and "district" shall be deleted;
2. In Article 3 (5), the words "the district office in the framework of the preparation of the county in cooperation with the Region of Transferred Activities 18) or" including footnote 18) are deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 2003.
