GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 12 July 2023
amending Government Regulation No. 123 / 2018 Coll., establishing the maximum number of teaching hours financed by the State Budget for primary school, secondary school and conservatory established by the county, municipality or association of municipalities, as amended by Government Regulation No. 195 / 2019 Coll.
In accordance with Section 161 (2) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on Pre-School, Basic, Secondary, Higher Vocational and Other Education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 101 / 2017 Coll. and Act No. 284 / 2020 Coll.:
In Article 5 of Decree No. 123 / 2018 Coll., establishing the maximum number of hours of teaching funded by the State Budget for primary school, secondary school and conservatory established by the county, municipality or association of municipalities, the following paragraph 4 is added:
"(4) The number of classes relevant for the determination of PHmax in accordance with Annex 1 to this Regulation shall not include classes consisting solely of pupils trained in the form of individual education or as provided for in Section 38 of the Education Act. ';
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
