on the establishment of state budget resources pursuant to Article 28 (3) of the Energy Support Act for 2023
The Government orders pursuant to § 28 (3) of Act No. 165 / 2012 Coll., on Supported Energy Sources and on the Amendment of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 131 / 2015 Coll. and Act No. 382 / 2021 Coll.:
State Budget Funds
The resources of the state budget under Section 28 (3) of the Act on Supported Energy Sources for the year 2023 amount to CZK 22 780 000 000.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2023.
