amending and supplementing Act No. 56 / 1991 Coll., on the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Assembly, and Act No. 135 / 1991 Coll., on the Office of the President of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic
The Federal Assembly of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic decided on this law:
Act No. 56 / 1991 Coll., on the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Assembly, is amended as follows:
Article 8 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) Members elected on the same candidate list of political parties, political movements or electoral coalitions may join the parliamentary club. During the parliamentary term, a Member may not become a member of another Member's club. '
2. In the second sentence of Paragraph 12 (4), the words "on the basis of proposals from relevant parliamentary clubs' shall be inserted after the words" Federal Assembly Bureau '.
3. In Paragraph 97, the current text becomes paragraph 1 and the following paragraphs 2 and 3 are added:
"(2) The Office of the Federal Assembly is a legal person.
(3) The organisation and salary rules of the Office of the Federal Assembly are approved by the Bureau of the Federal Assembly. It is for the Bureau of the Federal Assembly to lay down the measures relating to the rules of procedure which otherwise empower a special law; (1) extradition shall be notified in the Collection of Laws. "
Act No. 135 / 1991 Coll., on the Office of the President of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, is added as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (3), the following sentence is added at the end: "The Office is a legal person."
2. In Article 3, the following paragraph 3 is added:
"(3) The Staff Regulations of the Office shall be approved by the Bureau of the Federal Assembly. It is for the Bureau of the Federal Assembly to lay down measures relating to the rules of procedure which it otherwise empowers under special law (1); the release is announced in the Collection of Laws. '.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
