Regulation of the Minister for Nutrition
of 27 October 1949
determining the dates on which the Cooperative of Economic Distillers in Prague, the registered association with limited liability, and the Cooperative of Economic Distillers, Bratislava, enter the Centre for the Management of Agricultural Products in Prague and disappear.
The Minister of Nutrition hereby orders, pursuant to Section 11, paragraph 1 of the Act of 2 December 1948, No. 278 Coll., on the Centre for the Management of Agricultural Products:
§ 1.
(1) On 31 August 1949, a registered limited-liability community enters the Centre for the Management of Agricultural Products, and a limited-liability cooperative in Prague ceases to exist.
(2) On 30 September 1949 it enters the Centre for the Management of Agricultural Products, a registered community with a limited liability in Prague, and the Cooperative of Economic Distillers, Bratislava, ceases.
§ 2.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 31 August 1949.
