DECLARATION
of 26 July 2024
amending Decree No. 172 / 2015 Coll., on the information obligation of the food recipient at the place of destination, as amended by Decree No. 141 / 2017 Coll.
The Ministry of Agriculture provides, pursuant to Article 18 (1) (f) of Act No. 110 / 1997 Coll., on Food and Tobacco Products and amending and supplementing certain related acts, as amended by Act No. 139 / 2014 Coll.:
Decree No. 172 / 2015 Coll., on the information obligation of the food recipient at the place of destination, as amended by Decree No. 141 / 2017 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In footnote 1, the second sentence is replaced by the sentence "Article 9 (7) of Regulation (EU) 2017 / 625 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 March 2017 on official controls and other official activities carried out to ensure the application of food and feed rights and rules relating to animal health and animal welfare, plant health and plant protection products, amending Regulations (EC) No 999 / 2001, (EC) No 396 / 2005, (EC) No 1069 / 2004 and (EC) No 1107 / 2009 and (EC) No 1099 / 2009 and Council Directives 98 / 58 / EC, 1999 / 74 / EC, 2007 / 43 / EC, (EU) 2016 / 429 and (EU) 2016 / 2031, Council Regulation (EC) No 1099 / 2009 and Council Directives 98 / 74 / EC,
2. in Paragraph 1 (2) (a):
"(a) apples,"
3. in Article 1 (2), point (b) is deleted;
Points (c) to (f) shall be renumbered (b) to (e).
4. In Article 1 (2), at the end of point (e), the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point 3 is added:
"3rd honey."
5. In Article 2 (1), "(a) to (e) 'is replaced by" (a) to (d)';
6. In Article 2 (2), "(f) 'is replaced by" (e)';
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 2024.
