on the announcement of new elections for municipal councils
The Minister of Interior pursuant to Articles 58 (4) and 58 (1) (c) of Act No. 491 / 2001 Coll., on elections to municipal councils and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended, in connection with Act No. 15 / 2015 Coll., on the abolition of the military escape of Brda, on the establishment of the limits of military exits, on the modification of the borders of the regions and on the amendment of the related laws (Law on the boundaries of military exits), announces for 16 January 2016 a new election to the representatives of the municipalities:
