CONSTRUCTION LAW
of 14 June 2012
on changes in national borders with the Republic of Austria
Parliament has decided on the following constitutional law of the Czech Republic:
The Parliament of the Czech Republic agrees with the changes in the national borders of the Czech Republic with the Republic of Austria under the Treaty between the Czech Republic and the Republic of Austria concerning changes in the course of the common national borders in the border sections X and XI, as well as amendments to the Treaty between the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Republic of Austria on common national borders of 21 December 1973, as amended by the Treaty of 26 October 2001, signed in Prague on 3 November 2011.
The amendments to the national borders of the Czech Republic under the Treaty referred to in Article 1 shall take effect on the date on which this Treaty enters into force.
This constitutional law shall take effect on the day of its publication.
