amending Government Regulation No 288 / 2002 Coll., laying down rules on the grant of grants for library support
The Government mandates pursuant to § 15 (3) of Act No. 257 / 2001 Coll., on libraries and conditions for the operation of public library and information services (Library Act):
Government Decree No 288 / 2002 Coll., laying down rules on the grant of grants for library support, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1 (1), the words "and to ensure the performance of regional functions under Article 15 (1) (i) of the Act 'are deleted.
2. paragraphs 16 to 19 shall be deleted, including the common title and footnote 6;
3. In Article 20 (3), the words "or related to the supported provision of regional functions' are deleted.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
