DECLARATION
of 10 July 2003
amending Decree No. 354 / 1991 Coll., on Secondary Schools, as amended, Decree No. 442 / 1991 Coll., on Termination of Secondary Schools and Teachers, as amended by Act No. 138 / 1995 Coll., and Decree No. 35 / 1992 Coll., on Maternity Schools
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports in the Agreement with the Ministry of Health provides, pursuant to § 2 (3), § 20 (4), § 25 (9) and § 26 (2) of Act No. 29 / 1984 Coll., on the System of Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and Higher Vocational Schools (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 171 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 331 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 138 / 1995 Coll. and Act No. 284 / 2002 Coll., pursuant to § 13 (a), (f) and (m) of Act No. 564 / 1990 Coll., on State Administration and Self-Government in Education Act No. 76 / 1978 Coll., on Education Equipment, as amended by Act No. 390 / 1991 Coll.:
Decree No. 354 / 1991 Coll., on secondary schools, as amended by Decree No. 187 / 1992 Coll., Decree No. 241 / 1993 Coll. and Act No. 138 / 1995 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Article 9 (5), the words "the School Office 'are replaced by the words" the Regional Office'.
2. In Paragraph 12 (2), the words "the School Office 'are replaced by the words" the Regional Office'.
Decree No 442 / 1991 Coll., on the termination of studies in secondary schools and schools, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 23 (1), the words "the School Office 'are replaced by the words" the Regional Office'.
2. In Article 23 (3), the words "the School Office 'are replaced by the words" the Regional Office'.
3. In Paragraph 25 (19), the last sentence is deleted.
Decree No. 35 / 1992 Coll., on Nursing Schools, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 3 (4), the words "the School Office 'are replaced by the words" the Regional Office'.
2. In Paragraph 4 (8), the words "the School Office 'are replaced by the words" the Regional Office'.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 2003.
